For some reason, thinking about the beaches in Perth really make me happy. However, I really don’t foresee myself going back any time in the near future. Which is really sad. In the meantime, I will have to yearn and hope that Singapore comes up with a beach like that of Perth’s soon? Or maybe, someone will soon uncover a beach like the above in one of Singapore’s neighbouring islands. Seriously, how can anyone lie in the humidity of Siloso beach, all I can picture now is a slimy, dripping wet piece of roasted ham.
Not forgetting the legendary Ciao Italia’s tiramisu…
#4 Wearing new pants and remembering (relatively) old clothes!
I wore my new pants (of love) yesterday. One of my favourite new pants because there is a story behind them. So while I was in Perth, I went to Dotti. In the city’s dotti, my dear Shawn actually picked this pair of pants out and told me that I should try them on because they look really good, but I decided that if I dont try, I wont buy. So I didnt. That same night, we ended up at Claremont’s Dotti, and I thought, aiya since Im here, I should try. hahaha thumbs up for conflicting shopping mottoes in just one day. And after trying them on, shawn was all like they look sooo good, you have to get them. And before I could change out, he was paying for this pair, and the exact same pair in Olive! *Insert emoticon with heart shaped eyes* So from this trip, I have learnt to always (ok, most of the time) listen/ take the advice of my boyfriend. At Ciao Italia, when it came to ordering Tiramisu, I was all like “WE SHOULD ORDER 3!!!” and Shawn said “no, order 1 and we can all share” and I was like “ARE U INSANE!!! *fiery, burning eyes with mouth opened wide in shock and horror*” and after eating 1/4 of a tiramisu I couldnt carry on because I was too full. hurhur. (i love you b!)
#5 I dont have enough pictures for a number 5 now so I’ll do it another time.
